Return & Refund Policy

At Polished Boutique, our goal is to make our fabulous customers happy. We hope that you love your purchase, but if you do not for some reason, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the date of purchase (or date of delivery) for a refund back to the original form of payment or in-store credit. We just want to make our customers HAPPY! 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. 


RETURNS
Items to be returned must be in brand new, original condition, with tags still attached. Returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unaltered, with no make-up stains, no deodorant stains, and free of animal hair, and all odors including smoke, perfume, and pet odor.

Items that are final sale, discounted items, and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for an in-store credit. 

All sales are FINAL on hats, jewelry, accessories, hats, leggings, bralettes, grab bags, and eyewear

Shoes must be returned in their original box and inside the original shipping box or package without any damage to the shoe box. No shipping labels can be attached to the shoe box.

Gift cards are non-refundable
